New Bl Revo 3.3 Upgrades?

I just picked up a Revo 3.3 BL conversion with rpm rear true track, Tekno sway bars and BL conversion kit, Traxxas: wing, aluminum rocker posts, red aluminum push rods and turnbuckles, 17mm traxxas hexes, center diff, rear brake kit, machanical brake, heavy duty servo saver spring, aluminum Proline steering arm, aluminum front and rear skid plates, MMM 2650kv system, Crowd Pleazer 2.0 body, Tini shock shafts, forward only kit, Revo Platinum throttle servo mount, Revo Platinum bumpers, Jr ST126MG throttle servo, Hitec 5645MG steering servo, and a Spektrum Dx3.0 with SR3000 receiver.

The setup I currently have on it is:
P2 Rockers
60 wt shock oil
Green front Springs, Black Rear springs,
tekno electriclutch flywheel
16T CB, 36T Spur
Stock Revo 2 speed
Turnigy 4s 40c 5000mah battery
Tekin Silver Swaybars
Traxxas Response Pro tires (for track)
50,000 oild in the center diff
F & R Diffs: Not sure?
Mods: Dremeled out the steering stops, a little near the front toe rods, took off pivot ball boots, lightened front and rear bumpers, cut off plastic clips on roll bar, drilled holes in front plastic skid bumper thing, and lightened up a few other extra "fat". I'm not running heavy receiver box either.

What I would like help on:
Tires:
I have some Badlands MT on JConcepts 0 offset, but i think I should get some offset wheels. (If anyone is interested in the Badlands, PM me)

I've narrowed it down to badlands on 1/2 offset rims, or Mashers on 1/2 offset rims.

Badlands: Should I mount these on MT wheels or 3.8 wheels?
Mashers: 40 series or MT?

And for both, what rims? I would like durable and lightweight. Maybe beadlocks if they are light. Which rims should I get?

Also, as for taping the tires, do I need to do this? If so, how and with what tape?

Suspension

What springs and oil should I be running for racing? Bashing? Normally on a revo you run 20% stiffer springs in the rear, but for my truck I believe it should be one more step up because of motor weight.

Diffs
What oil for front, center, and rear?

Your opinion is valued!

Also, are there any other upgrades I should get right away? I've heard stuff about 8mm axles? I'm planning on picking up Some RPM front a-arms and axle carriers.

Thanks!

diffs, 30-500-10 I would run something like a green/tan to start on the springs and tune from there. I would run the response pros or a set of aka city blocks depending on the track. If the track was real rough I would run the response pros.

Ok cool, I did have the tans and greens in their, but the rear bottomed out pretty easily, so I switched to the black springs. Going to see how it handles from there. how well does the revo handle with 0 offset tires? I have a bunch of race tires from my 8ight T 2.0, but it would be too bad if I can't use them.

You can use them but the revo handles better with 1/2 offset. Not sure how the weight bias is on the converted revo versus the erbe but it may require heavier springs/shock oil depending on the air temp. Ride height setting will be important as well.
